Contact form data
Controller and purpose. CYBERLIB, whose details are provided above, is the controller for information submitted through the contact form. It is used to understand your needs, respond to your request and follow up on discussions, including demonstrations, quotes or questions about the solution.
Information collected. The form collects your name, work email address, company, company size, role and request type. You may also provide your telephone number, endpoint count, operating systems, main objective, timeline, management and security tools, and project details. Fields marked with an asterisk are required to process a request through this form; other fields are optional. Please do not include passwords, sensitive data or confidential information in your message.
Your consent. Processing for contact purposes relies on your agreement expressed by selecting the dedicated checkbox. This agreement does not subscribe you to Cyberlib news: subscription is a separate, optional choice. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Recipients and retention. Information is accessible to authorised CYBERLIB personnel handling your request and technical providers acting on its behalf, within the scope of their duties. It is retained while your request and related discussions are being handled, then deleted when that follow-up ends. Records needed to meet a legal obligation or defend legal rights may be retained separately for the applicable period.
Exercise your rights. To request access, rectification or erasure, exercise the other rights described above or withdraw consent, you may use our contact form and write “Personal data” in your message, or write to CYBERLIB’s registered office. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Contact form protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to limit automated submissions. Technical information, including the IP address and browser signals, is used for this verification. Validated requests are forwarded to our team through Azure Communication Services. An encrypted copy of forwarded requests is kept on this site for 90 days after receipt; quarantined messages are deleted after 30 days. Correspondence held in our team’s mailbox follows the handling and follow-up policy described above.
Cookies and audience measurement with Google Analytics
Google Tag Manager loads audience measurement tools after you give consent. The container remains disabled until you accept this purpose. You can withdraw consent at any time through the privacy preferences.
With your consent, CYBERLIB uses Google Analytics 4 to measure website traffic, identify viewed pages and improve its content. Measurement relies on browsing information and pseudonymous identifiers associated with your browser. CYBERLIB does not use it for personalised advertising.
Google Analytics is disabled by default. No Google Analytics tag is loaded and no audience measurement data is sent to Google before you agree. You may accept, reject or customise your choice in the privacy panel. Rejecting or closing the panel does not restrict access to the website.
Your choice is stored for 180 days in this browser. After acceptance, Google Analytics cookies, including _ga and _ga_*, distinguish browsers and maintain session information. Their lifetime is configured to 180 days on this website. This period applies to cookies and your preference; it is separate from data retention within Google Analytics.
You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time through Privacy preferences at the bottom of each page. Withdrawal stops audience measurement and removes Google Analytics cookies accessible to this website. It does not automatically delete data already sent to Google.
